How your details are handled.

The Party Architect handles bookings for Empire. The enquiry form asks for contact information and event details so the team can assess availability and respond to your request.

Information you provide

The form collects your name, email address, phone number, event type and location. You can also provide a date, guest count, planner or agency, performance preferences and a short note. Please keep notes relevant to the event and avoid including sensitive personal information.

How the enquiry reaches the team

When automatic sending is available, submitting the form sends your details to the booking inbox through the website’s email delivery service, Resend. The website runs on Vercel.

If you choose your email app or WhatsApp, the site prepares a message containing your completed details. You review it and press Send in that app. Opening the app does not confirm that a message has been delivered. These services handle information under their own privacy terms.

Page and campaign information

The website keeps the first page you visited and campaign tags in your browser’s session storage, where available. These are included with your enquiry to help the team understand which pages or campaigns bring enquiries. The form does not attach your browsing history outside this site.

When website analytics is enabled, enquiry and button events are designed to use event categories and site paths, without the contact details or free-text notes entered in this form.
